In October, our team introduced Fairantee™, an AI-driven algorithm that challenges the conventional executive search pricing model. This groundbreaking technology leverages data to determine a fair price for each unique hire, bringing much-needed transparency to an industry accustomed to one-size-fits-all pricing. Fairantee™ empowers companies to understand the cost of their executive search upfront, fostering a new era of fairness and accountability.
Advisory Services: Driving Innovation
Within our Advisory Services function, 2023 witnessed remarkable achievements. From launching an executive coaching business to redesigning talent acquisition processes and creating tailored business strategy courses, our team delivered tangible value to clients. We expanded our reach by partnering with venture capital firms, providing foundational HR and DEI support to portfolio companies. The addition of global businesses to our client portfolio reflects the trust placed in our expertise.
Retained Search: Continued Excellence
Our Retained Search function experienced a year of exponential growth. With an average time to fill a role of just 45 days, our team showcased efficiency and effectiveness. In fact, I’m especially proud to share that our Search Partners took an average of just 17 days to introduce the candidate who would eventually be hired for their projects. Over 60% of engagements were conducted for repeat clients, highlighting the satisfaction and trust they place in our radically candid process. The diversification of our talent network into specialized roles across diverse industries underscores our commitment to connecting individuals with opportunities that transcend traditional boundaries.
